Current Open Positions
Irrigation Technician
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems that keep our landscapes healthy and efficient. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical ability and experience working with irrigation systems or similar equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems
- Inspect systems for leaks, clogs, and performance issues
- Adjust watering schedules for efficiency and plant health
- Assist with general landscape maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Qualifications:
- Experience with irrigation systems (preferred)
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of landscaping or horticulture (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
Landscape & Irrigation Construction Team Member
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
We are looking for motivated team members to assist with residential and commercial landscape and irrigation construction projects. This is a physically active role suited for individuals who enjoy building and creating outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscape and irrigation construction
- Work on residential and commercial job sites
- Perform physical, hands-on outdoor work
- Support team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Hardworking, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to perform physical labor and work overtime
- Experience in irrigation or hardscape construction (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Willingness to relocate to Park Rapids, MN
